Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We've written it to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Who we are

Business: Klairo Consulting LLC
State of organization: Florida, United States
Email: hello@klairo-consulting.com

If you have a question about how we handle your information, write to us and we will answer.

What we collect and why

Information you send us. Through our contact form or by email: your name, your organization, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation

We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to discuss and scope a possible engagement.

Information collected automatically. This website is hosted on Wix, which collects technical data including IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time spent on the site.

We use it to keep the site running and secure, and to understand in aggregate how it's used.

Please don't include sensitive personal information about yourself or others in your message to us — including health, financial, or biometric details, or information about the people your organization serves.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising purposes.

Who else has access

We use service providers to run this website and our business. Each processes information on our behalf:

  • Wix — website hosting, contact forms, site analytics, and email provider

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that don't become engagements: 24 months from our last contact

  • Client records: for the engagement and afterward as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (generally 7 years)

  • Website analytics: as retained by Wix under their own schedule

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

If a breach affecting Florida residents' personal information occurs, we will provide notice as required by the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171).

Your choices

Although not every US state grants these rights to every business's customers, we extend them to everyone who contacts us. You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you

  • Correct anything inaccurate

  • Delete your information

  • Stop sending you marketing email

Email hello@klairo-consulting.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Visitors in Europe and the UK

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Our legal bases for processing are your consent, and the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll say so clearly.
