AI Policy Creation
Most organizations are already using AI, usually without a policy that says how. We help you co-create one, in a participatory process that brings staff, members, and leadership to the same table.

People are drafting donor letters, summarizing research, and analyzing member data with AI tools, and there is no policy. The instinct is to have leadership write one quickly. That tends to produce a document nobody follows.
We build AI policy with you, in a participatory fashion. Your staff help write the rules they'll be working under, which means the policy reflects what people are actually doing — and it gets used.
The process typically includes:

Working sessions with staff to identify what's useful, what's risky, and what needs a rule

Drafting the policy together, covering data handling, disclosure, permitted and prohibited uses, and vendor review

Most AI policy engagements run $9,000–$25,000 depending on organization size and complexity. We'll scope with you.
We also offer an AI Readiness assessment, with a 2-3 week engagement, at $3,000. If you choose to go with the full policy engagement, we'll discount this amount!
